description West Branch State Park's large 2,650-acre lake with its many forks and coves is extremely popular with fishermen, boaters and swimmers. The park's 5,379-acres of meadows and woodlots provide an excellent backdrop for camping, hiking and horseback riding.
drivingDirection FROM THE SOUTH, EAST OR WEST: TAKE I-76 TO THE SR 14 EXIT. TURN SOUTH AND PROCEED TO TALLMADGE RD. TURN LEFT ON TALLMADGE AND THEN TURN LEFT ON ROCK SPRING RD. STAY ON ROCK SPRING UNTIL COPELAND ED. TURN RIGHT ONTO COPELAND CONTINUE ONTO ESWORTHY AND FOLLOW TO CAMPGROUND. FROM THE NORTH: TAKE SR 14 SOUTH TO SR 59 IN RAVENNA. TURN LEFT ON SR 59 WHICH ENDS AND BECOMES SR 5. PROCEED ON SR 5 UNTIL ROCK SPRING RD. TURN RIGHT ONTO ROCK SPRING RD AND THEN LEFT ONTO COPELAND RD. THEN CONTINUE ONTO ESWORTHY RD, FOLLOW TO CAMPGROUND.

importantInformation WINTER CAMPING INFORMATION: The West Branch campground will remain open during the off-season. Sites will be on a walk-in only basis (no reservations) from 11/1/16 through 4/3/17. Electric campsites available during this time include sites 1-26, sites 128-132, 187-198, and group sites A and B. Non-electric campsites available include sites 133-145 and group site C. The shower house will remain open with heated building, washer and dryer and heated water. The dump station and water will not be available. Please follow self-registration instructions at the camp office upon arrival
